Definitions

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the kf444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the kf444 platform and close your account if one has already been created.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and kf444 in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, or agreements — whether written or verbal — relating to the same subject matter.
kf444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, kf444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation of these terms into any other language (whether official or unofficial), the English-language version shall be the controlling document.
If you are accessing kf444 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that person or entity shall be equally bound by all provisions herein.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To place real-money wagers on kf444, you must first create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations and must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of the account.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one kf444 account. If kf444 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation. This rule exists to protect the integrity of the kf444 bonus and promotional system.
Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kf444 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. kf444 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact kf444 support immediately via the in-platform chat.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verificationkf444 may request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the player's account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays. Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
kf444 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods selected specifically for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party funding — where a payment is made from an account belonging to a person other than the registered kf444 player — is strictly prohibited. Deposits- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly under normal operating conditions.
- Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your balance depending on your card issuer's processing times.
- kf444 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Deposit limits may be set by the player at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of account settings.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes during standard operating hours. In all cases, withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
- kf444 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
- kf444 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.
- Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance and converted bonus winnings that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on kf444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment provider applies a currency conversion (for example, international card payments), the conversion will be conducted by the payment provider at their applicable rate. kf444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

Bonuses & Promotions
kf444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh calendar events such as BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all kf444 promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific terms published for that promotion.
General Bonus Rules- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- kf444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player, and to amend the terms of an active bonus where there is evidence of abuse.
- If a player withdraws real-money funds while bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Bonus funds are used after real-money balance is exhausted unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion.
Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or exploiting software errors in the platform's bonus engine — will have their bonus forfeited, their winnings voided, and their account permanently suspended. kf444 uses automated fraud detection systems to identify such behaviour.
Promotional Changeskf444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to opted-in players via email or in-platform notification. The most current version of any promotion's terms is the version published on the relevant promotional page on the kf444 website at the time of opt-in.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the kf444 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and the sports betting sportsbook — are governed by specific game rules published at the point of play. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before wagering. The following general rules apply platform-wide.
Random Number GenerationAll non-live casino games on the kf444 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. - Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kf444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human interaction with the platform.
- Collusion between players on live casino tables or poker-style games.
- Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or discovered software error are void.
- Money laundering or any attempt to use kf444 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Any form of fraud in connection with deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, or bonus claims.
In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a disconnection during a live casino round, a slot spin that fails to complete, or a sports bet that cannot be settled due to data feed failure — kf444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
kf444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
- Engagement in prohibited gameplay activities including bot use, collusion, or software exploitation.
- Initiation of an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kf444 support via the in-platform live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not cleared wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.
Self-ExclusionPlayers who wish to stop gambling for a defined period may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. kf444 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent a self-excluded player from accessing the platform but cannot guarantee that all access methods will be blocked. Players on self-exclusion should not attempt to create new accounts.
Consequences of SuspensionWhere an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines a breach of these terms has occurred, kf444 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored in full. kf444 will communicate investigation outcomes to the player via the email address registered on the account.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kf444's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusionskf444 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how the claim arises:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data resulting from platform outages or cyberattacks.
- Indirect or consequential losses of any nature.
- Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the kf444 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
- Losses resulting from interruption of service due to Force Majeure events.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
kf444 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. kf444 is not liable for any losses — including open bets or in-progress game sessions — that result from unplanned platform downtime.
Third-Party ServicesThe kf444 platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), and data feed providers for the sportsbook. kf444 is not liable for the failure, error, or misconduct of any third-party service provider, though kf444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues arising from third-party failures on behalf of affected players.
Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and kf444 shall be referred to binding arbitration. kf444's decision on all gaming disputes — including the settlement of bets and the application of bonus terms — shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
